Lead Instructor
Nico H.
Nico has been practicing yoga for ten years and teaching for five. She is a 500-hour certified instructor. She has learned and practiced yoga all over the world.
“I grew up as a competitive dancer and I found yoga in college when I was in a hard place and craving movement to release stagnant energy in my body. I’ve stayed with it and dedicated myself to it because of how much more the practice offers. There are so many reasons that I love yoga but I would say my favorite part is the connection I feel with both myself and my community through it. By combining movement, meditation and self reflection, it tends to be an incredibly heart opening practice. The goal of this training for me is to expand people’s practice and give them the tools they need to find the magic in their voice and in their own practice.” - Nico
Testimonials:
“I personally felt like I was surrounded by such a supportive and positive community and I genuinely looked forward to coming to training every single time. I know that I would not have maintained the same dedication to my practice if I was not in the training, and know just how much more I learned and grew the past 5 months”
“I feel anyone who signs up for this class wants to help others and cares about the well-being of others. This is an Alternative form of communication/ Leading by example on how to make/help others be better. The peacefulness that was generated In the room is very unique.”
“Nico is a great teacher and designed the program to touch on all the fundamentals of yoga. She made it fun and tied the different aspects of yoga together.”
“I absolutely would recommend this training program to others. It was organized, well thought out, fun, and I learned a lot from it.”
Guest Instructors
TURI HETHERINGTON, WELLNESS THERAPIST, C-IREST®, E-RYT500, LPF-CT
-
Turi has been living and working in the Gallatin Valley for over 30 years. The early years were in snow sports, restaurants, marketing and graphic design, and non-profit management. Then, in 2011, she was called to her first RYT200 teacher training. Fascinated by the correlation between the ancient teachings of yoga and those of modern-day psychology and neuroscience, she went on to pursue further trainings and certifications in yoga, mantra, meditation, fitness and nutrition (full list below).
Turi's passion for the practices led her to start a yoga and trail running retreat business, work and study with Nancy Ruby at YogaMotion Academy, teach at local yoga studios and the Ridge Athletic Club as well as the Bozeman Public Library, Concussion Resource Center (CRC), Gallatin County Detention Center, LoveYourBrain Foundation (LYB), YogaMotion Academy Teacher Trainings, and several veteran organizations.
Currently, Turi teaches Intro to Yoga Meditation classes at Montana State University and works alongside an amazing group of practitioners at Health in Motion Physical Therapy + Wellness where her emphasis is on supporting clients with whole-person wellness and developing strength from the inside out.
In addition, she continues to facilitate programs with CRC and LYB and lead the Midweek Mindfulness meditation and labyrinth walks for the Bozeman Public Library.
All of the above is nourished by our magnificent mountain environment. Originally called the Valley of Flowers, it still holds much magic and delight. Turi's favorite place on earth is being on a trail at sunrise.

TAYLOR HARRIS, LMT
-
Taylor Harris, LMT, has been a lifelong student of the human body and how it moves. After playing multiple sports from childhood throughout college, he began sharing his curiosity with others in 2015 as a CrossFit instructor. His journey evolved when he attended his first yoga class, which opened his eyes to the depth of movement and training that extended beyond traditional gym settings. This experience led him to complete his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in 2018, along with certifications in Foundation Training and Functional Range Systems.
During this time, Taylor's fascination with anatomy grew. Years of self-study culminated in his decision to become a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in 2021, further deepening his understanding of the body. Since then, he has shared his passion for anatomy as an instructor at a local massage therapy school, and through workshops in yoga studios and gyms. He is excited to continue inspiring others with his knowledge and passion during the upcoming 200 YTT at Spire. -

ELAINE DOLL, CAS, PKS, LMT
-
Elaine Doll, CAS, PKS, LMT is founder and director of Blissful Ayurveda in Bozeman, Montana. She began her study of Ayurveda in 2004 at the California College of Ayurveda. Upon graduation she traveled to India to dive deeper into Ayurveda’s ancient wisdom. There she received additional training and hands on experience through working at traditional Ayurvedic clinics located in Mysore and Rishikesh. Since 2008 she has had her own healing practice in Bozeman. Elaine believes in the power of Ayurveda to tap into the medicine chest within each of us, allowing optimum health and peace of mind to be restored, cultivated, or maintained in everyone. She uses all manner of techniques to help achieve this goal in her patients, including (but not limited to) 1-on-1 consultations focusing on diet and lifestyle, ayurvedic bodywork, retreats and workshops, yoga, aromatherapy, color therapy, herbal support, cleanses, and integrative reflexology. Elaine is also a specialist in the ayurvedic cleansing and rejuvenation techniques known as Pancha Karma; widely celebrated for their profound healing qualities. She weaves her multitude of skills into a powerful program that guides individuals to root out disease and ultimately age more gracefully. And since we don’t get much choice in the fact that we age we might as well do it well.
