Class Sign-Up
Class registration opens seven days before the class. Pre-registration is not required to attend, but it can be necessary to reserve your spot. Sign up online by clicking your preferred class on the calendar below and following the link to reserve your spot.

Members: FREE
Non-Members: $17/class drop-in rate; pay when you sign up online or at the front desk prior to class.
Whether you are training for a specific climbing objective or looking to improve your general strength and fitness, we have the tools and equipment necessary to help you achieve your goals. Scheduled fitness classes range from core-specific workouts to full-body HIIT sweat-fests. Our team of knowledgeable instructors provide guidance, encouragement, and a variety of fun and challenging exercises to help you stay motivated, no matter your prior experience or current fitness level.
Fitness Class Descriptions

This class offers foundational exercises that are adaptable for people of all fitness levels. Equipment often includes a fun variety of Kettlebells, TRX, and bands. Whether you are training for a specific goal or seeking to improve your general strength and cardiovascular capacity, this class is designed to fortify your functional fitness.

Core is key, which is why this class offers a 30-minute core circuit. After the burn-so-good hard work, you’ll be rewarded with 15 minutes of cool-down exercises and stretching. Our core blast class is a sweaty challenge adaptable for all fitness levels
Our Fitness Area
Our workout areas includes a spacious Rogue Fitness Monster racks, including ad-ons for pull-ups, dips, rings, squats, bench pressing, and more. We also have a multitude of free weights, weight machines, benches, medicine balls, therapy/resistance bands, and kettlebells, with a large, open area devoted to training with these devices. Our cardio zone, located on our mezzanine overlooking climbing walls, hosts ellipticals, treadmills, stair steppers, upright and recumbent bikes, spin and air bikes, rowers and a ski erg.
For climbing-specific training tools, we have a designated area that features hang boards, a system wall, campus board, weight vests, pulley systems, as well as other implements.

Fitness Instructor
Reneé is originally from Reno, Nevada. Her love for wild places and the mountains brought her to Bozeman in 2012. She has dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Nursing and Spanish with a minor in Community Health and Exercise Sciences. She loves the many ventures the mountains have to offer, enjoying skiing, running, mountain biking and climbing, which have fueled her passion for fitness. She values the importance of training for your outdoor passions. She focuses on teaching classes that will help students build a solid foundation to achieve their fitness goals. -

Absolutely. All our fitness classes are led by knowledgeable and inclusive instructors who can help you modify exercises to create a safe and appropriate challenge for your body.

Your first visit will start by filling out a waiver and getting checked in by our front desk. Our studio is upstairs, and all the studio gear (weights, TRX straps, etc.) are free for you to borrow. For fitness classes, instructors will have the necessary equipment for that workout ready for you.

Yep, you can even take a fitness class in the morning and come back later in the day to climb, or vice versa. Our $17 drop-in price, however, is for fitness classes only. If you would like to climb and attend a fitness class, you will need to buy a day pass for the gym.
