Better Hang Boarding

Enhance your finger and grip strength with our Better Hang Boarding class. Join us to learn essential techniques and training methods on the hang board. Strengthen those fingers and improve your grip, so you can dominate the outdoor routes with confidence. You will learn about different exercises, grip positions, weight assists, and injury prevention techniques; all to help you hold on a little longer. This class is FREE for all members.

Sign up online to guarantee yourself a space in each class. Walk in's are also welcome, but those pre-registered will have priority. If you cannot make a class you have registered for please let our front desk know as soon as possible.

This class is included in all Spire memberships!  For non-members there is a cost of $22/class (includes day pass). Punch pass users can sign up as members but must check in at the front desk. Maximum class size is 8 participants.
