From down-dog to handstand, getting upside down can look all kinds of ways! This playful workshop is designed for those looking to build strength and integrity toward getting toes off the mat. You will learn isometric postures to strengthen key muscles for inverting, alignment considerations to keep you safe, and scaling postures to incorporate into your practice as you improve. Mari will be there to spot and ensure gentle landings!
